iTraining - Online customer education
Customer Education is the Konica Minolta product family for training services targeting customers and end users. The flexible online approach provides operators and IT support staff with the exact knowledge they need to get the most out of their newly acquired products. By enabling our customers to take maximum advantage of their Konica Minolta product, we provide them with an optimal basis to conduct profitable business.
Customer Education consists of three product groups:
- iTraining Multifunctionals provides introductions on how to operate Konica Minolta multifunctionals and printer drivers.
- iTraining Applications provides introductions on how to operate Konica Minolta software applications.
- iTraining Technology covers two knowledge areas relevant for Konica Minolta: Printing Essentials and Color Essentials
