PageScope Enterprise Suite is a powerful solution that brings affordable, enterprise-level accounting, user management and authentication within reach of any-sized business. It can authenticate users, track activity, and provide a custom user interface on a whole network of the latest Konica Minolta bizhub MFPs.

Unlike competitive authentication and accounting systems, PageScope Enterprise Suite does not require hardware or software enhancements at each machine. With its modular design, simple operation and customized functionality, PageScope Enterprise Suite can adapt to the needs of all your customers – and start saving money automatically.

PageScope Enterprise Suite consists of 3 modules:

PageScope Account Manager allows you to:

• Separate colour and B&W activity on per-page basis for Copies, Prints, Scans and Faxes based on individual login.
• Track total print activity for industry-standard MIB compliant non Konica Minolta networked printers as well as track print activity for locally attached (USB and parallel) printers.
• Record a single end-user's activities on multiple MFP devices based on individual log-in.
• Automatically compile data based on end-users, groups or departments, devices and other criteria that suit your business's account tracking needs.
• Protect information by storing data separately – no counts or user data are stored at the MFP.

PageScope Authentication Manager allows you to:

• Add users automatically upon their first authentication at the latest Konica Minolta MFP's on the network.
• Reduce administrator effort when new employees join your organization; users are automatically entered into the system the first time they authenticate at a Konica Minolta MFP.
• Begin tracking immediately for each user based on log-in at the latest Konica Minolta MFP's for seamless account tracking and user management.
• Program Email addresses automatically for each end-user, to provide instant contact data for out going emails – all emails sent from the MFP will come from the logged in user as if they were sitting at their personal computer.
• Interface with HID card reader with the optional HID Proximity Card Reader which synchronizes with active directory to authenticate users.
• Interface with Biometric Authentication Unit that recognizes unique physical characteristics of each user – more accurate than fingerprints. The Authentication Unit Gateway (AUG) stores sensitive Biometric Profiles on a secure separate server.

PageScope MyPanel Manager allows you to:

• Speed operation by providing a customized, recognizable interface for each user.
• Automatically access User Profile at log-in for each user.
• Program up to 12 shortcut keys to automate routine operations such as duplexing, stapling, hole-punching or other functions.
• Access personal address book for quick scanning by any method available at the device, including fax.
• Protect personal data by removing it from the MFP – because when users log out, their data is returned to the PageScope Enterprise Suite server.
