- Drag-and-Drop Printing: Select the PDF or TIFF file you want printed -- then drag the file and drop it into a print icon on your desktop. Printing is that quick and simple.
- Pre-Determine Print Settings: You can create as many print icons as you need, each one pre-configured with settings that suit a specific type of job. For example, one icon could specify stapling in upper-left corner, for multi-page memos -- another icon might specify duplex printing and three-hole punching, for training and resource materials to add to binders.
- Separate Page Settings: In addition to document settings, you can configure per-page settings separately -- for example, to establish unique print parameters for front or back cover pages.
- Hot Folder Printing: You can also automatically print files from Hot Folders or print files by highlighting them and using the PageScope Direct Print "send to" option.
- Authentication Settings: With PageScope Direct Print, you can pre-configure the authentication settings that allow file access and fast printing.
