• Import & Export Email Addresses: Email addresses can be imported to your Konica Minolta bizhub C450 or other new bizhub device* -- then exported to another Konica Minolta machine of the same type, creating a new address book. * not all models are currently supported
• Address Books, Databases, Software Files: You can also import addresses from existing address books, database addresses, and address data contained in other types of software.
• Support for Many Formats: PageScope Data Administrator allows you to import addresses in a wide range of formats: CSV, TAB, LDIF, and Notes Structured Text.
• LDAP Search Support: You can import individual addresses from an LDAP server, searching and selecting only the addresses you want.
• User Authentication: Administrators can also save time and maintain consistent, up-to-date information by importing user authentication data to new bizhub devices -- including log-in data and passwords.
• Limited User Access Profiles: With PageScope Data Administrator, bizhub functions can be limited for certain end-users. For example, specified users may be allowed to print or copy documents in black-and-white but not in colour, to save time and cost.
