Where are devices shipped for end-of-life recycling?

Konica Minolta has partnered with an industry leader specializing in the secure destruction of Waste Electronic & Electronic Equipment (WEEE). While there is no charge for recycling your Konica Minolta equipment, the cost to ship the device to the recycling facility located in Brampton, Ontario is the responsibility of the end-user.

How do I recycle my Konica Minolta device?

When you are ready to recycle your equipment, simply send an email to recycling@bt.konicaminolta.ca and specify the model (i.e. EP5000, Di3510, CF900, bizhub 200, etc.) and serial number(s) of the device(s). You will then receive a response email detailing how to prepare your device(s) for shipment to our recycling partner.
