THE MISSION: Sales Solutions Specialist
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Sales Solutions Specialist is responsible to complete customer service calls within the goals and parameters of the customer retention initiative and corporate benchmarks in the most courteous and professional manner possible.
YOU NEED TO BRING:
- A high degree and combination of skill, training and experience in basic network, hardware and software installation and configuration
- Konica Minolta product and controller training/certification or related experience is an asset
- An A+, N+ and MCSE (or equivalent) certification preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Well organized and fully capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
- Own vehicle and possess a valid drivers' licence with a good driving record
