Customer Service Representative

POSITION PROFILE
Responsible for handling customer inquires while maintaining focus on customer service
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Inquiries
- Investigate & resolve customer issues
- Return of goods (RMA's)
- Back up to Order Desk
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Provide prompt customer service and support to customers, branches and dealers.
- Maintain a log of all inquiries - external and internal.
- Investigate and resolve reported matters.
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues
- Regular status review of all outstanding and completed matters.
- Handle the return of goods - RA# etc.
- Arrange processing of orders and credits
- Back up order desk as and when required.
- Review and recommend customer service procedures that will improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Perform other relevant duties as required and assigned by Department Manager or Supervisor
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Fluently bilingual in English and French
- Preferably Graduate degree from a university or 3-5 years experience
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Good organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel (MS Office)
