THE MISSION: Field Service Technicians

KMBS is currently looking for 14 Field Service Technicians for the region of New Brunswick. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Field Service Technician is expected to support the Branch and customers by performing IT support and services, conduct field visits to install KMBS systems, software and upgrades on all segments of network connected copiers and printers as well as troubleshoot and repair network connectivity problems quickly and accurately or recommend solutions where necessary Maintaining the highest standards of quality, productivity, professionalism, and team spirit while undertaking all activities relating to service is key to this position.

YOU NEED TO BRING:

• High degree and combination of skill, training, and experience in basic network, hardware and software installation and configuration
• Konica Minolta product and controller training/certification or related experience is an asset
• An A+, N+, and MCSE (or equivalent) certification preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Well organized and fully capable of working independently as well as with others
