THE MISSION: Senior Account Manager; Major Accounts
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior Account Manager; business solutions will provide professional and ethical representation of Konica Minolta Business Solutions to prospective and existing customers. You will be assigned a list of major accounts for the purpose of developing long term relationships and attaining your quarterly sales targets.
YOU NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in competitive selling, including at least 5 - 7 years experience
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Sell complex products and solutions to customers on a partnership basis
- Maintains expertise on Information Technology (IT) at all levels - trends, new applications, and managed services for customer business optimization.
- Work at CXX levels to provide a value proposition and business case for transformation.
- Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C level contacts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
- Contribute to enduring executive relationships that establish Konica Minolta Business Solutions consultative professionalism and promote its total solution capabilities
- Significant percentage of time spent directly with customer interfaces with all levels
- Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of independence
- Strong negotiation skills to confidently and aggressively seek new business
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- A Business Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
