CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Encompassing in all areas of imaging, we have (5) Major Divisions; Business Technologies, Optics, Medical Imaging, Graphic imaging and Sensing.

As a Customer Support Representative you are to provide product training on all Konica Minolta Office Solutions to current and prospective customers, and to provide sales lead information to the Sales Manager for the purpose of increasing our sales. This position reports to the Sales Manager.

YOU NEED TO BRING:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in the office equipment and solution business  is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Graduate degree an asset
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle customer plaints
  • Valid Driver’s Licence and Vehicle is required
